With a background in wildlife ecology and landscape architecture, Elizabeth brings over 18 years of experience on a breadth of projects at many scales, from designing small, intimate urban gardens to re-visioning urban waterfronts and realigning rivers. She views the design process as an opportunity to innovate and learn, always mindful of the goal of creating beautiful, innovative, and ecologically sound solutions that meet each site’s unique challenges. She feels that landscape architects have a unique ability to create places of great meaning and health in the moments of intersection between people, infrastructure, and natural ecosystems, particularly in urban sites. She has worked as project manager and designer, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and creating a fun and open, yet efficient environment, keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.
