Dear Clients and Colleagues,
This letter serves to notify you about potential changes to our office operations in response to recent events surrounding the COVID-19 virus. In order to protect our staff in Philadelphia and Raleigh, we have put in place a series of protocols as safeguards against the virus. These protocols include:
- Restricted travel to any areas with documented COVID-19 cases.
- Restricted travel by plane, train, and public transportation.
- Remote working while staff members are ill, are caring for others, and/or if documented COVID-19 cases threaten our office locations.
We have the infrastructure in place to allow our staff to work remotely with no interruption to our project workflow or deadlines. We will utilize web-based meetings in lieu of travel, according to our discretion, in order to protect the health and safety of our staff and their families while maintaining the high level of service that you expect.
