With a diverse background in plant knowledge, design, and project management, Ngim brings sensitivity to her work with respect to the intricate relationship between design, client needs and the overall construction process. With over eleven years of professional experience, she has managed a wide variety of projects from the early conceptual phase through construction. Ngim’s strong project management and technical skills allow her to understand and effectively coordinate complex project teams and schedules. Her recent projects include various projects for the Boy Scouts of America’s Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve in West Virginia, a mixed-use development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and University Bell Tower and Gateway site design for Shantou University in Shantou, Guangdong, China.
